If you're not completely satisfied with your order — for any reason — we'll refund you in full. No questions, no forms, no drama.
How revisions work
Every order includes three free revision rounds. After you receive your delivery, send your feedback and we'll refine the work — repeat up to three times until it feels right.
How to request a refund
Email hello@giftory.shop with your order confirmation. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days, back to your original payment method.
When refunds don't apply
If you've already approved a final delivery and downloaded or shared the file, we may not be able to offer a refund — but we'll still try to make it right. Just email us.
