If you're not completely satisfied with your order — for any reason — we'll refund you in full. No questions, no forms, no drama.
How revisions work
We'll revise your song until it feels right — there's no fixed number of rounds. We just keep working on it until you love it.
How to request a refund
Email hello@giftory.shop with your order confirmation. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days, back to your original payment method.
When refunds don't apply
If you've already approved a final delivery and downloaded or shared the file, we may not be able to offer a refund — but we'll still try to make it right. Just email us.
