Using Giftory
By placing an order with Giftory, you agree to these terms. We create custom digital products based on the details you provide. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you share. Delivered files are licensed for personal use. We reserve the right to decline or refund orders that fall outside what we can reasonably create. Questions: hello@giftory.shop.
Orders and delivery
Once you place an order and complete the personalization form, we will create your gift and deliver it within the timeframe shown on the product page. Delivery estimates begin when we receive your completed personalization form.
Intellectual property
The personalized gift we create for you is licensed for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use it commercially without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
Giftory's liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
